COOL AND EASY PIE | |
1 small pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O 2/3 c. boiling water ice cubes 1/2 c. cold water 1 (18 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed 1 pie crust Stir boiling water into Jell-O in bowl at least 2 minutes. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 ; cup. Add Jell-O and stir until ice is melted. Add Cool Whip; stir with whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. |
