SPINACH SALAD SUPREME 
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt

Mix above well and let stand in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. 1 head Romaine lettuce 1 purple onion (med.) chopped 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated 1 (2.5 oz.) can bacon bits 2 hard cooked eggs 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
