CHILI BEANS 
2 lb. ground chuck
2 lg. bell peppers
1 lg. onion
4 cloves garlic
2 lg. cans whole tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans kidney beans
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Brown the beef. When browned grate in onion and green peppers. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add 1 cup of water. Grate in garlic. Add chili powder, black pepper and salt. Simmer for an hour then add the kidney beans. Simmer for another half hour. This serves 12.
