8 c. Rice Chex 2 c. peanuts 1 lb. chocolate 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. powdered sugar In large bowl mix Rice Chex and peanuts. In saucepan over low heat melt chocolate. When melted add peanut butter and melt until creamy. Pour over chex and nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour. Take out of refrigerator using large spoon. Stir and break up. Sprinkle powdered sugar over and mix. |
