TEEN CUISINE 
7 lg. potatoes (not baking variety), peeled & sliced thin
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. dried minced onion or 1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lb. hot dogs cut into 1/2" pieces
American cheese slices
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in large non-stick skillet. Add potatoes and onions. Cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes are lightly browned and fork tender. Stir frequently. Add hot dogs and continue cooking until hot dogs are lightly browned. Cover entire top of potato mixture with slices of American cheese. Cover and continue cooking until cheese is melted. 6 servings.
