BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 1/2 cans water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. can chow mein noodles

Brown beef and onion in skillet, drain. Place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with rice. In a separate bowl, combine mushroom and celery soup, water and soy sauce. Pour over beef mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes. Uncover and top with chow mein noodles. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
