1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Add oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Add flour and soda. Mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill dough. Put 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie on cookie sheet. Make only 3 cookies at a time. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes. They are best when brown at the edges, but soft in the center.
