CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE 
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Melt chocolate.

2. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla; add 2 egg yolks, beat well.

3. Stir in chocolate and chill for 1/2 hour.

Whip the whip cream and fold into above stuff. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Add 1/4 cup sugar until stiff. Add to soft mixture. Put into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
