MARGARET'S MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 egg
1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread or cracker crumbs
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Cooked rice or noodles, optional

Mix beef, soup mix, egg, ketchup and crumbs together. Form into 1 to 2 inch balls and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients together until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Bake covered 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or noodles, or as an appetizer. Makes 8-9 servings.
