PORK CHOPS ORIENTAL 
4 thick pork chops
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 canned pineapple slices
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar

Dredge chops with next 3 ingredients mixed together. Brown on both sides in hot oil and put in a shallow baking dish. Top each chop with a slice of pineapple. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until chops are done.
