BROCCOLI SALAD 
6 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/2 c. currants or raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 lb. bacon
2 tbsp. chopped green onion

Cut bacon in small pieces until crisp. Remove from frying pan and drain. Mix all above ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Put the dressing on about 30 minutes before serving so the broccoli has a chance to soak it in. This recipe can be halved easily.
