CARA LEE'S CHICKEN SALAD 
1 chicken, boiled, deboned, cubed
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 lb. seedless grapes, sliced
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. celery, chopped

DRESSING:

Mix next 4 ingredients together: 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix first 5 ingredients together well. Add dressing and toss thoroughly. Chill and serve in lettuce cups.

Suggestion: Add melon balls for variety, color and contrast in texture.

For a complete supper luncheon, serve with roll, muffin or croissant and a tall, frosty glass of iced tea!
