PAPAYA BREAKFAST JUICE
Cut about a 2 inch wedge from a medium sized papaya; peel it and take out the seeds. Scrape away the stringy pulp from the center. Put two cups of boiled or other drinking water into the blender; add the papaya wedge and the juice from one lemon. (Cut the wedge in pieces.) The juice from one orange may also be added, if desired. Sweeten with 1/4 cup sugar and blend well. Pour over ice cubes and serve freshly made. This tastes a little like peach nectar and should be of the same consistency. You can make the amount you wish by using more water and a large wedge of fruit. To make it more like peach, add several drops of almond flavoring.

Or you can use cold milk in place of the water, omit the lemon and orange, and use vanilla flavoring. A speck of cinnamon on top is nice. Make the drink as thick as you wish by adding more papaya.

Papaya is rich in Vitamins A and C and aids in good digestion.

The suggestion on the bottom using milk is fantastic! I used two wedges of papaya, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and a dash of nutmeg with the milk of course. It tastes like a milkshake.
