TACO SALAD 
Fritos, crushed
Ground beef, browned with 1 pkg. taco seasoning powder
1/2 head lettuce
3 lg. tomatoes
1 pkg. or 1 lb. Monterey Jack white cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
El Paso taco sauce (liquid mild)

Make a layer of the Fritos in a casserole. 1 layer of the beef, 1 layer of shredded lettuce, 1 layer of tomato cut in small pieces, 1 layer of Monterey Jack cheese and 1 layer of Cheddar cheese shredded. Pour over with El Paso taco sauce (liquid mild). Leave in oven long enough to melt cheese.
