STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla

Press on bottom of springform pan. 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 4 egg yolks 1 c. light cream 4 stiffly beaten egg whites

Soften cream cheese, blend in sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Add egg yolks, 1 at a time. Add cream, blend well. Fold in egg whites. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with fruit glaze, strawberries or cherries.
