1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. corn flakes

Combine sugar, syrup, salt, and vanilla. Let boil until bubbles around edges. Remove, add peanut butter; stir until melted. Pour in corn flakes and mix. Drop on waxed paper. If set too quickly, place over bowl of hot water.
