PARMESAN HASH BROWNS | |
1 lb. frozen hash browns (1/2 of 2 lb. pkg.) 1 pt. half & half 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 stick butter 1/4 c. mild parmesan cheese, grated 9 x 13 inch pan: 1 lb. frozen hash browns (1/2 of 2 lb. pkg.) 1 pt. + 1 1/2 c. half & half 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 c. (1 1/4 oz.) mild parmesan cheese, grated Thaw potatoes. Grease pan. Spread potatoes evenly in pan. Mix salt and cream together and pour over. Add cheese and sliced butter on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees on middle shelf for 1 hour and 15 minutes if milk is heated first. |
