3 cans sliced beets, reserve liquid Vinegar Salt & pepper to taste 1 doz. boiled eggs Measure beet liquid. Measure an equal amount of vinegar. Measure half the amount of sugar. Pour in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Pour over eggs and beets. |
