VIETNAMESE CHICKEN 
6 boned skinless chicken breasts
Bag of potato chips
Carton of sour cream
1 cube of butter
1 clove of garlic, crushed

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Crush the potato chips in a large bowl. Dip the chicken breasts in the sour cream. Then roll in the potato chips. Lay in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. When they are all dipped in the sour cream melt a cube of butter and add the crushed garlic. Drizzle over the chicken. Bake at 325 degrees until done.
