LASAGNA 
32 oz. spaghetti sauce, make ahead
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (32 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese

Cook lasagna noodles as directed on box. Mix other ingredients except Mozzarella together. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer sauce, noodles, sauce, Ricotta mixture, Mozzarella, then repeat ending with a layer of noodles, sauce and a sprinkling of cheese. Bake 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 1/2 hour.
