ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. oriental noodles with chicken/sesame flavor
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Break up block of noodles and place in colander. Rinse with hot water. Drain well. In large bowl combine cabbage, onion, noodles and sesame seeds.

For dressing, combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oils, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Before serving stir in toasted almonds. Makes 8-10 side dish servings.
