CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 cans pie filling
Cupcake liners
Vanilla wafers

Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar together. (it will not be smooth.) In cupcake lined muffin pan, place vanilla wafer in bottom with cream cheese mixture. Do not fill completely to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Top with ready made pie filling. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 36 to 48.
