ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
3 c. flour, sifted
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Sift dry ingredients together; set aside. In large bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and zucchini. Mix 10 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
