AFRICAN CHICKEN STEW | |
1 pkg. skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces (fry in oil until cooked enough, remove from pan and set aside. 16 oz. peanut butter 1 c. water 2 tsp. chicken bouillon (2 cubes) 32 oz. can tomato puree 2 tbsp. brown sugar Mix ingredients 2 to 6 together in pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix in chicken. Cook until heated through. |
