PEPPERMINT DESSERT 
2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 sq. melted chocolate
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
8 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. crushed peppermint

Mix vanilla wafers with melted butter. Pat onto bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, eggs and chocolate. Spread this over crumb mixture. Whip cream with marshmallows until stiff. Spread this over chocolate layer. Sprinkle crushed peppermint over the top. Refrigerate. This is a good way to use Christmas Peppermints and candy canes.
