POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
4 to 5 lbs. chicken (thighs and breasts)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 c. apricot jam
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 green pepper
1 lg. can pineapple chunks

Put chicken pieces in 9x13" dish. Mix Russian dressing, apricot jam and soup mix together. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting often. The last 1/2 hour, add pineapple chunks and green pepper chunks.
