PORK FRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked white rice
1/2 c. diced, cooked pork
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. bean sprouts
2 green onions, chopped (including tops)
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and fry egg. Remove from pan and cut into thin strips. Add remaining oil and saute pork, bean sprouts, and green onion for 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce; add rice and egg; mix well.
