| BLENDER STRAWBERRY MOUSSE | |

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored Jello 1 c. boiling water Put in blender and just mix to blend. Add: 1/4 c. heavy cream Blend all ingredients together; put in mold. Chill until firm. Unmold to serve. Can be served with fresh or frozen strawberries on top. (I double recipe.) | |
