MINI WHITE CASTLES 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter
1 egg, beaten with a dash of water
1 tsp. sage
Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm party rolls

Saute onion in butter. Add to ground beef. Add beaten egg and spices. Mix well. Slice the rolls open and spread the meat mixture on evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. May be assembled early in the day.
