JIFFY LO-FAT SPAGHETTI PIE 
3 c. cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 c. homemade or commercial spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground turkey, cooked and drained (optional)
1/2 c. tofurella cheese

Combine spaghetti, oil, Parmesan and eggs. Press into 10 inch pie plate to make a crust. Top crust with cottage cheese. Put sauce over cottage cheese (add burger here if used). Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with tofurella and cook for another 5 minutes.
