FRYING PAN MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can B & B mushroom halves
1 lg. can B & B mushroom stems & pieces
Onion
Bell pepper
1 can beef consomme
Salt
Pepper

Put uncooked beef in large bowl, cut in onion and bell pepper to desired amount. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain liquid off of mushroom stems and pieces, put liquid aside. Mix beef, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper together. Form big hamburger patty and put in skillet on medium (may vary), cover and cook like hamburger. Turn and cook on other side. When hamburger is cooked put beef consomme, mushroom halves and all mushroom liquid in skillet with patty, bring to boil, turn down and simmer 15 minutes. Beef consomme good over mashed potatoes or whatever else you can think of.
