PARTY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. onions, minced
3/4 c. dried bread crumbs, crushed
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Red pepper to suit taste

Mix. Shape into walnut-size. Brown in 1/2 cup hot fat or place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. oil
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream
1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Put in oil, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in boiling water and sour cream. Add Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar. Pour into electric skillet or chafing dish. Add meat balls. Simmer until ready to serve. Serve with toothpicks.
