EGG BREAD 
1/2 c. warm water (120 degrees)
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
4 c. flour & 3 c. flour as needed

In a large bowl, mix warm water and yeast, salt and sugar. Allow to set 2 minutes. Add milk, eggs and butter. Gradually beat in 4 cups flour. On floured surface, knead dough until elastic or 10 minutes. Put in greased bowl. Cover with towel and allow to rise 1 hour. Punch down dough, remove to floured surface, cut dough into half and place each half into bread pans. Cover with towel and let dough rise about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 30 minutes or until loaves test done.
