DOUBLE DECKER FUDGE
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
dash of salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips

In a saucepan, combine sugar, sour cream, butter and salt. Butter sides of pan and mix cocoa and water and stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil until 238°F on a candy thermometer or until a small amount of syrup when dropped into cold water, forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Stir in nuts and beat until mixture thickens. Spread into a foil lined 8-inch square pan. In a saucepan, combine condensed milk and chips. Stir until smooth and melted. Spread mixture evenly over cocoa fudge. Chill until firm. Using foil, pull from pan and cut into squares.
