1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

ICING:

1 container Cool Whip (9 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple and juice (21 oz.)
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix together cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil and beat 4 minutes on high speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 3 layers.

Beat Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix and pineapple until thick. Ice cake and store in refrigerator.
