SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
6 red Delicious apples, peeled, cored & sliced (about 6 c.)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen sugarless apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
Pie crust for two crust pie (10" pan)

Place apples and juice in large pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water and stir into apple mixture. Continue simmering until apples begin to soften and mixture is thickened. Gently add spices. Fill pastry shell. Cover with top crust. Prick top crust with fork in several places to allow for release of steam.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 50 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
