GUS ALEXANDER'S CREAMY RICE
PUDDING
 
2 qt. milk
1 lb. sugar (2 1/4 c.)
1 stick butter
2 qt. water

Bring to boil then add 1 pound rice (2 1/8 cups). Stir and cook for 30 minutes or until thick. Beat 4 eggs with some water (about 2 cups liquid). Remove pudding from heat. Add egg mixture and bring back to a boil. Pour into pan(s). Sprinkle with cinnamon.
