8 MINUTE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Birds Eye Cool Whip
1 Ready-Crust graham cracker crust
fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Beat cheese until smooth; add in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Blend well; spoon in crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Place strawberries on top.
