Mix 1 package German chocolate cake mix as directed. Place in greased 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with 12 ounce package butterscotch chips and 1 cup chopped nuts.

Bake according to package directions - about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
