LEMON BARS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. angel food cake mix
1 (15-22 oz.) can lemon pie filling
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place cake mix in a bowl and add lemon pie filling, stir until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 13 inch cake pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cake springs back when pressed. Cool slightly and frost with powdered sugar glaze made with the sugar and lemon juice. Cut into 54 squares.

Alternatively, you may substitute a 15 1/2 ounce can of lemon pie filling for a more `cake-like' bar and dusted with powdered sugar instead of glazing.
