CREAMY LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
3 eggs, separated
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg yolks, stir in milk and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually, add sugar. Spread on pie. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until meringue is brown. Cool and chill before serving.

Recipe may be doubled for an extra serving size pie shell, except for eggs use only 5.
