FAJITAS 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. meat (chicken, pork, beef)
1 to 2 cans green chiles, chopped
Med. onion, cut in rings
8 oz. Zesty Italian dressing
4-5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (red pepper)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 green pepper, cut in slices

Use one, two or all three kinds of meat.

Combine meat with next 7 ingredients. Marinate at least 1 hour or overnight. Fry meat in marinade until Italian dressing is almost cooked away and becomes slightly thick (about 1/2 hour). Then add taco sauce and green peppers. Serve on tortilla shells with cheese, olives, tomatoes, etc.
