FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken
1 env. onion soup mix
2 c. raw rice, not instant
2 c. cream of chicken soup, 2 cans
2 cans water

Place raw chicken pieces in bottom of roaster or casserole dish. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle the rice evenly over the chicken. Set aside.

Mix the two cans of soup with two cans of water. Pour over the mixture in roaster and cover tightly. Bake in 375 degree oven for one hour. DO NOT LIFT COVER!

If it seems a little dry when ready, pour a small amount of boiling water over mixture, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes outside of oven, then serve.
