STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 can evaporated milk, cold
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. graham crackers
Melted butter for crust

Beat milk for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and sugar and mix. Add Jello after cool and mix to milk mixture. Pour into crust. Chill for 24 hours. Cheesecake should be fluffy.
