1 box instant pistachio pudding (dry)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 carton Cool Whip
1/2 bag mini-marshmallows
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
Chopped nuts (opt.)

Mix pudding and pineapple together. Add Cool Whip, marshmallows, half the cherries (and nuts if desired). Mix well. Garnish top with rest of cherries. Chill and serve.
