RHUBARB LEMONADE PUNCH 
3 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) frozen pink lemonade
3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) bottle (2 c.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

In saucepan, combine rhubarb, sugar, lemonade concentrate, and water. Cook about 10 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Strain to remove pulp. Chill the syrup. Combine about 1/3 syrup with chilled beverage in each glass. Serves 6.
