MOZZARELLA NOODLE SOUP 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 firmly diced onion
1/4 c. oatmeal

NOODLES:

1 prepared Bisquick biscuit recipe
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten

Potatoes
Carrots
Corn
Green beans
Green peppers
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Peas
Hominy
Onion
Brussel Sprouts
Meat stock

Mix meatball mixture like meatloaf, roll into small balls and let cook 15 minutes; set aside. Roll biscuit mix into thin sheets; cut into 2 inch squares. With a pastry brush, brush each square of dough corner to corner with the beaten egg. Put 1 teaspoon of cheese into each square of dough. Fold dough into triangles and close by pressing a fork around the open ends of the triangles.

In a large pot bring meat stock and selected vegetables to a rolling boil. Drop noodles into mixture a few at a time, stirring lightly after each addition. Let boil for approximately 10 minutes after the last addition of noodles. Let cool before serving.
