BUL-GO-KI 
1 lb. beef, cut thin
1 tbsp. sugar
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
Chinese cabbage (sm. amount)
1 carrot
3 tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
1/4 tsp. Accent or meat tenderizer
1-2 tsp. sesame seed

Mix all together with hands, work it in good. Put in refrigerator overnight or 1 to 2 days before cooking. The longer it sets the better the flavor. Cook in electric skillet 420 degrees until hot, then turn down to simmer. Stir often. Serve this over rice. Cook rice according to directions. Bread and butter pickles go well with this dish or jalapeno hot pepper pickles.
