SOUR CREAM BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. sour cream
2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Heat to 375 degrees. Melt butter with chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water. Slowly heat chocolate mixture. Add sugar and eggs and beat well. Stir in vanilla. Sift in flour, 2 tablespoons at a time. Mix well after each addition. Stir in salt, sour cream, and walnuts. Pour in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake 30 minutes, cool and cut.
