PINEAPPLE MILLIONAIRE PIE 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 lg. egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie crust
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together powdered sugar and butter. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix until light and fluffy. Spoon mixture evenly into pie crust and chill. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of egg mixture and chill thoroughly.

NOTE: This was a favorite dessert of the late President John F. Kennedy.
